You will learn to sell, quote, bind coverage for prospects. Responsible for completing extensive training and development programs to gain product knowledge, sales and customer service skills needed to effectively review existing coverage and advises prospects and customers regarding policy and coverage options.
Position Compensation Range: $25.00 - $31.25Pay Rate Type: HourlyCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities Preferred candidates will also hold their license in Life. *Must complete required continuing education credits to maintain state property and casualty producer licenses. In this role you will be paid hourly. we offer an uncapped Variable Compensation Monthly Bonus plan based on sales performance and key performance indicators. We also offer 7% shift premium for your bilingual skills. Travel Requirements In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home, proximate to one of our office locations (within approximately 35-50 miles). On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events. These offices are located in: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Eden Prairie, MN 55343 and Phoenix, AZ 85034. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location and will be considered based on the needs of the role. Core business hours are 8 am to 7 pm CT Monday-Friday and 8:00am-4pm Saturdays. Training begins Monday, May 10, 2025 No Time off allowed during training hours (Training is approximately 6 weeks).
