Assembler

Staffmark is hiring an Assembler for a leading Spring Hill, TN manufacturing facility. This is your chance to join a team that is key in producing front and rear bumpers and hatchbacks for the automotive industry. Pay: $16 per hour to start, which will increase to $20 per hour once you transition to full-time status.

Shift: Monday to Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Aid in the assembly and production of front and rear bumpers and hatchbacks
• Assemble parts, operate basic machinery, and inspect finished products for quality
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area
• Support other team members and assist in training new hires as needed

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimal manufacturing or assembly experience is required, training will be provided
• Ability to lift between 20-50 lbs. (with team assistance)
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
