Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for leading financial operations? We are looking for an experienced Senior Controller to oversee the financial reporting, month-end close, planning, and control environment for North American Operations.

In this role, you'll manage key financial processes, ensure compliance with GAAP, and lead shared services for AP, AR, and Payroll for North American operations. You'll also have the opportunity to drive process improvements, support financial reporting, and lead cross-functional teams through exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, and balance sheet analysis.
  • Establish and maintain a robust control environment and SOX compliance.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Partner with corporate teams on reporting, tax filings, and special projects.



What We're Looking For:


  • 8+ years of experience in accounting/finance with a Bachelor's degree (CPA preferred).
  • Expertise in ERP systems, financial planning, and reporting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
