What You Will Do:

Our Electrical Hardware Engineers, design, test and sustain electronic Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) test fixtures. They conduct test box design and LabView software design of PCBA manufacturing test fixture and software test fixture. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Johnson Controls Advanced Development and Engineering Center (JADEC)

How You Will Do It:

  • Develop and maintain Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) test fixture hardware including manufacturing test fixture and software test fixture.

  • Develop and maintain Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) test fixture LabView software.

  • Develop and maintain test automation for both testing fixtures.

  • Prepare circuit analysis and incorporate appropriate reliability principles into testing fixture design.

  • Develop schedules which accurately reflect the project milestones and adhere to them.

  • Understanding and complying with quality policy, procedures and instructions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Need:
Required

  • BSEE or BSCE, or related field; and 2 years of experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven, team-oriented environment.

  • Familiarity with LabView software.

  • Good team player, strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with test fixture design is desired.

  • Familiarity with PCBA circuit design.
