Verizon's Connected Experience Team (CEx) plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing cutting-edge CX solutions to organizations with unique Customer and Employee experience needs. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of an overall long-term enterprise CEx Practice strategy that continues to keep the practice at the forefront, including broader business development efforts, joint venture considerations, strategic investment recommendations, strategic acquisitions, and divestiture ideas. The key focus will be to develop the organization's strategic plan(s) to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability. As the Sr. Principal Business Strategy you will need to possess the ability to identify untapped market opportunities and the drive to transform those opportunities into successful solution ideas and consulting services that Verizon can sell to our customers. The CEx Sr. Principal Business Strategy is responsible for the cultivation, development, and qualification of large-scale client transformation services that directly contribute to the CEx practice objectives. This strategic role will see you collaborating with clients, third-party organizations, and a broad range of internal Verizon stakeholders in order to co-create the large and transformational opportunities that are vital to our future growth strategy. A successful Connected Experiences Sr. Principal of Business Strategy must have expertise in developing vertical-specific use case strategies leveraging Verizon's keys assets. Additionally, they must have expertise working with Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Product Development and be experts at developing presentations and reports and communicating at an executive/board level. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $120,000.00 and $223,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
