Business Analyst (Remote) MUST: Experienced Business Analyst 3+ years of professional experience working as a technical Business analyst Experience working with Software implementation projects Experience working with e-commerce platforms deployments or low-code / no code solutions is highly preferred (ServiceNow or SalesForce is a plus) Strong proven ability in the following areas : requirements gathering, creating User stories, defining test cases, leading the User Acceptance Testing Process, and Business requirement Documentation (BRDs) Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies Experienced at developing training materials for end users while participating in software implementations Proficient in MS office suite and diagraming tools Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and highly analytical Strong interpersonal skills Proven ability to track and reach deadlines and help with time management Professional certification are a plus Bachelor's Degree DUTIES : The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team and participate in all phases of the project This person will also work closely with designated business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other business units/users to understand existing business processes, and document them Elicit & Document Business Requirements suitable for Development team to begin work Develop business knowledge to be able to understand and provide solutions to business requirements Functional Specifications/Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with minimal supervision as needed Process flow documents (e.g. As Is & To Be processes, etc.) Training materials / Work Instructions / job aids Test Scenarios / Test Cases / Quality Analysis Lead Requirements gathering, GAP analysis and other assignments as needed Works with manager and other BA's to ensure that issues or enhancements are being addressed in current and future software enhancement releases Identify, troubleshoot and document system issues as they arise Supports the business by providing pre/post go-live support as needed Able to travel up to 5% to Washington DC as requested Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
