Job Responsibilities

- Design and execute annual go-to-market plans, including awareness tactics, lead generation, and customer experiences, with measurable impact

- Collaborate with GTM functions to develop sales and lead generation strategies aligned with company prioritie

- Serve as key point of contact/partner for executives across various Business Units to understand business and market dynamics, key objectives and opportunities to drive growth

- Partner across Global Corporate Communications & Marketing (GCCM) functions to enable - through content development and direction with subject matter experts -

- marketing strategies designed to prime market for BD conversations, support sellers and generate leads by driving awareness of SYNH expertise and solutions

- Influence key stakeholders and drive accountability in a matrixed model across the organization to ensure high-quality delivery of initiatives and a return on investment

- Define metrics and dashboards and ensure regular reporting to alert business leaders to efforts and impact

- Determine budget needs and considerations for dedicated plans - work across GCCM functions to allocate appropriately

- Contribute to tools, templates and methodologies to speed impact, quality and effectiveness - making the GCCM team easy to work with and for Activities

- Acts as a central GCC&M contact and triage for business areas

- Partners with business leaders to develop annual communications and marketing strategy and plan

- Shares current business state and needs with GCC&M colleagues

- Proactively aligns GCC&M resources against priority business needs

- Understands key customer accounts/audience needs and behaviors and provides insight and counsel on market dynamics

- Collaborates across teams to understand and prioritize business needs

- Understands what competitors are doing and how that impacts business stakeholders

- Regularly assesses internal partnership and GCC&M program performance to drive quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

Salary Range:

$97,300.00 - $170,300.00

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
