Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible for the due diligence and preparation of lease documents from documentation preparation through pre-booking in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with regulations, internal policies and approval conditions.

Job Duties

  • Will be responsible for processing complex and internally prepared lease documentation questions.
  • Assigned to two or three Sales Representatives and works with their customers and vendors from initial documentation through booking preparation.
  • Prepare and send customer documentation in accordance with transaction management approval and credit approval.
  • Communicate with customers as requested to obtain necessary documentation and with venders to order required due diligence. Follow up on outstanding due diligence items until all items are obtained. Review due diligence results. Will escalate any issues that require additional feedback and/or support to a Lease Administrator III or Team Supervisor in order to reconcile with approval and documentation guidelines.
  • Complete all documentation requirements and verify that all approvals have been obtained.
  • Prepare payments for vendors and obtain approvals accordingly.
  • Process UCC-1 and UCC-3 filings as required.
  • Obtain appropriate insurance certificates as required.
  • Complete the pre-booking process and submit to accounting.
  • Responsible for the knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures as well as compliance issues.
  • Will perform special projects as assigned.

Education, Experience and Job Skills

  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with leasing and lease processing are required.
  • 3-5 years' experience working in a financial services environment with leasing experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Team player.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with leasing and lease processing are required.
