Job Summary
The primary objective of the Financial Specialist I - Tax Compliance & Accounting is to provide business process and financial reporting support for indirect operational tax activities, including Sales/Use, Property Tax, Unclaimed Property, Business License, Fleet Tax, and Mandatory Deposits. This position is a finance and tax role with a strong focus on reporting and analysis of tax compliance. It involves working with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, bottlers, and external partners, to support tax-related processes, address issues, and improve efficiency. This role also requires technical proficiency in financial tools, such as SAP, Blackline, advanced Microsoft Excel, and Power BI, as well as strong problem-solving skills to drive improvements in tax and financial processes. The role is responsible for tax-related financial reporting and analysis, ensuring that accurate data flows into compliance processes and decision-making. It also requires regular collaboration with internal teams, bottlers, and external partners to address tax-related inquiries, provide financial insights, and support business operations. Additionally, this role works closely with a BPO and other key partners to improve tax processes and reporting efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities

This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager's discretion.
