Job Description
1. Job Overview Responsible for developing, implementing and driving global marketing communications strategies and continuous improvement across diverse regions for Amcor Flexible Packaging Healthcare. This role will focus on building brand awareness and stewardship, ensuring consistent messaging, creating impactful communication campaigns that align with business goals, Inbound Marketing, and trade association engagements for our team to help meet customer needs. Further, with global facilitation, the role will have direct accountability for advancing such work in the North American business healthcare flexible packaging business. 2. Job Dimensions

3. Principal Accountabilities
- Develop Global Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of global marketing communication strategies that align with the company's business objectives and enhance brand presence in key markets.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and drive consistent messaging and positioning of the brand across all regions, working closely with regional teams to tailor messaging for local relevance while maintaining global brand integrity.
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and track the performance of global marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as digital, print, social media, trade shows, and PR efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functions to ensure marketing communications align with product launches, business initiatives, and regional strategies.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, case studies, blog posts, website content, video scripts, and other marketing collateral.
- Event Planning & Support: Plan and support trade shows presence, webinars, and other marketing events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with corporate messaging.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Oversee the global digital marketing strategy, including social media management, email campaigns, third party, and digital ads to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure success.
- Crisis Communication: Support communications in times of crisis, ensuring the company's messaging is consistent, clear, and aligns with the company's values and mission.
- Support VOC (Voice of Customer) endeavors in surveying, understanding, actioning, and communicating actions.
- Support internal programs as applicable suche as sales enablement programs, annual meetings, leadership presentations, ad hoc communication meetings, etc.
- Development of trade association strategy and interface with select associations, leveraging relationships to improve industry thought leadership position.
- Acts as liaison in Amcor globally applicable marketing pratices.
- Understand and execute the strategy and scope for the Amcor brand, both internally and externally. Ensure AFNA functions can understand, articulate, and follow the Amcor brand guidelines.
- Forecast and manage department budgets successfully.
- Media Relations & Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers to secure positive press coverage and enhance the company's reputation in the market.

6. Qualifications/Requirements Formal Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in global marketing communications, preferably within the sector.
- 3+ years of experience in working with creative agencies on big brand projects
- Proven experience managing global marketing campaigns, media relations, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (SubSpot, Contentful, Hootsuite etc.).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment, with a focus on collaboration and building strong relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (SalesForce)

CompensationThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $82,500 to $103,100; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $82,500 to $123,700 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
