Provides leadership on large project/program efforts that support divisional and executive management strategies. Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate and assist in the prioritization of projects, relationship of the projects to business needs and communication of information, both internally and externally.

Essential Functions

  • Leads large project/program efforts supporting divisional and executive management strategies, working with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects, relate them to business needs, and communicate information internally and externally.
  • Analyzes business processes and TechConnect capabilities to recommend strategic and tactical solutions, representing executive management at meetings, providing presentations, and acting independently on behalf of the department or division.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global strategies/programs in line with Customer Experience transformation goals, designed to drive outstanding customer experiences with a focus on digital self-service problem resolution
  • Institute design thinking practice including research, segmentation, personas and journey management, leading global cross-functional teams to deliver on customer centric experiences
  • Establish competitive, industry and technology benchmarking globally
  • Ability to promote innovative ideas, drive experimentation with a test & learn, data-driven and bias to action mindset
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, business & technical architects to advance key capabilities
  • Drive coordination with global partners/teams and lead executive level steering committees to drive decisions and progress
  • Develop and implement key metrics to measure success
  • Work closely with MD to facilitate regular leadership discussions and develop points-of-views with exceptional communications, including investment opportunities and annual budget planning
  • Coach and mentor to help grow other team members.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Considered a Plus

  • Design Thinking, UX/UI
  • Experimentation design & execution experience (e.g. A/B testing)
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • QDM Expert Certification
  • SAFe Agile Certification

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, finance, or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years or more of work experience in customer service/revenue/technical operations fields, analytical/quantitative business, computer modeling, or project management. Expert in field.

Demonstrated experience in leading major corporate initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge and experience in advanced financial/statistical modeling techniques, query/database tools and approaches demonstrated ability to lead people and/or executive level project/programs.

Proven ability to design, develop and implement projects, programs, solutions, and process improvements from concept to successful implementation

Preferred Qualifications: This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
