Software Developer opportunity in Mechanicsburg, PA! This is a hybrid role, this person will be onsite 3 days/week Requirements: * Demonstrated Proficiency in all aspects of programming using standard tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops/Microsoft Team Foundation (TFS) and SQL Experience with MS SQL Server highly preferred. * Proficiency with one or more object-oriented programming languages * Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint). * Proficiency in SQL technologies. Must possess strong data analysis skills to support data quality efforts. * Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend sound solutions in a timely manner * Proficiency in analyzing data flows * Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology * Goal oriented and self-motivated * Candidate must have the ability to work independently (unsupervised) or within a team environment * Strong oral and written communications skills with ability to create comprehensive engineering documents * Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines * Ability to learn, excel and deliver at a quick pace is required * Must be able to explain technical details and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and be able to clearly and concisely explain system concepts and problems * US Citizen; Currently possessing or ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance. * Ability to be in the office up to 3 days/week. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of software development experience, or a Master's Degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience. Additional years of relevant experience, training, and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of degree requirement. #ZR | |
