Position: Sales & marketing VP - Latam

Job Overview

The VP of Sales & Marketing LATAM will be a key business partner driving revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and strategic investments. This role requires a strong leader to develop and execute sales strategies, integrate acquisitions, and enhance customer relationships in a dynamic B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead LATAM Sales & Marketing to drive growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement long-term sales strategies aligned with Amcor's business goals.
  • Strengthen customer relationships, ensuring value-driven solutions and high retention.
  • Oversee commercial excellence, aligning sales teams with strategic initiatives.
  • Manage key global accounts, optimizing customer engagement and profitability.
  • Lead the development of the Proteins & Healthcare business in LATAM.
  • Foster a sustainability-driven culture and innovation mindset.
  • Develop high-performing teams, ensuring talent development and succession planning.

  • Strong sales leadership with a results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse teams across multiple geographies.
  • Expertise in B2B sales, commercial excellence, and change management.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is highly desirable.


Qualifications



  • Business-related degree; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience leading sales & marketing in a multinational B2B environment.
