National Grid is hiring a Lead, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our People Function. This position can be located in our Brooklyn, NY or Waltham, MA office, with hybrid working. Job Purpose
The Lead, Human Resources Business Partner will support senior leaders within Group Functions (General Counsel and Strategy & Regulation) to deliver dedicated and strategic HR advice on all employee related issues, involving the interpretation and application of wider HR policy in order to suit specific business requirements and the delivery of strategic HR business objectives. * Degree level in Business/HR or Learning and Development Areas or equivalent / experience. * 3-5 years of relevant work experience. * Proven track record of business partnering in a professional and commercial organization. #LI-MR1 #LI-HYBRID Salary $123k - $145k a year, in Waltham, MA. $132k - $155k a year, in Brooklyn, NY. This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
