About the role:

You will develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies that support our marketing objectives and business goals. You will focus on supporting the full partner lifecycle in the software payments ecosystem - from acquiring new partners, activating partners, and cross-selling products throughout the portfolio. This role involves collaborating across teams to create and support strategic marketing initiatives across multiple partner types. You will be a thinker and a doer - producing high-quality materials for various channels. The ideal candidate will identify audience needs and recommend strategic adjustments to maximize engagement and conversion in collaboration with business leaders, product marketing and go-to-market teams. You'll work closely with go-to-markets teams to develop materials and plans for products against the right partner audiences. You will have experience handling multiple priorities and should possess excellent writing skills, editorial judgment, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content tied closely to our value prop. We're looking for someone with the ability to balance creative thinking with business KPIs while creating clear and concise messaging to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of content strategy experience with demonstrated leadership in B2B technology marketing, preferably in payments or fintech, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution capabilities to drive meaningful business impact through partner-centric content initiatives.

You have a passion for organization and understand that campaigns are a team effort and require many tasks to get a campaign off the ground successfully. You're a people person who enjoys collaborating, helping the team stay on track, and can successfully communicate to leaders in the business. You'll help drive partner expectations, product adoption, manage communications and help grow our different partnerships through a variety of marketing activities.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop comprehensive content and channel strategies aligned with partner lifecycle stages (acquisition, activation, cross-selling)
  • Create compelling messaging that resonates with different partner segments in the payments ecosystem
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to identify content needs
  • Produce high-quality content for multiple channels (website, email, social media, sales enablement)
  • Translate complex payment technology concepts into clear, engaging content
  • Craft content plans that support partner activation and product adoption goals
  • Prioritize marketing initiatives based on business impact and partner needs
  • Organize and manage multi-faceted campaign workflows from conception to execution
  • Implement content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Coordinate approvals and feedback across departments and leadership
  • Track content performance metrics and optimize based on engagement data
  • Align content strategy with business KPIs and demonstrate measurable results
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all partner communications
  • Support go-to-market teams with targeted content for specific partner audiences
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on content creation
  • Communicate campaign progress and results to key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose and extend the life of successful content
  • Design and develop persuasive PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate partner value propositions, product capabilities, and strategic initiatives for executive audiences and partner-facing materials

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree - preferably Marketing, Business Management, PR, Communications, Journalism
  • 10+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing, partner marketing or related field
  • Understanding of partner relationships in a B2B environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong negotiation and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills
  • Experience developing and implementing campaigns that drive adoption
  • Comfortable jumping in where needed and working independently and efficiently to collaborate across teams
  • Able to efficiently problem-solve as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, project management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payments industry is a plus
  • Understanding of software payments, PayFac-as-a-service, PayFac and/or financial technology, industry trends, and funding developments
  • Experience working with copywriting, design, production, and field/digital/content/product marketing teams
  • Understanding on how to use brand messaging, product marketing, campaign messages and tweak for a partner audience
  • Efficiently prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Innovative problem-solving ability
Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $145,900.00 - $245,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. The job duties outlined above may be directly, and negatively impacted by a criminal history, which could lead to the withdrawal of a conditional offer.
