Overview

As a Tableau Developer on our Technology team, you will partner with the Risk and Control team to create and maintain a customized dashboard for all control uplift programs. You'll be an integral part of the Bank's technology infrastructure, guiding the Global Markets Technology team through risks that threaten the Domain. By engaging with the team to develop and enhance the Tableau dashboard, you will enable the digital environment that helps our people share their knowledge, expertise and real passion for our business. What You'll Do

Divisional Risk and Control is responsible for non-financial risk and control management for the relevant operating Division or Infrastructure function or Dedicated Central Control Unit for the Bank. Including but not limited to the following duties:

  • Define the risk management framework; developing process and procedures to report on, manage, and mitigate risks to acceptable levels

  • Maintain operational control and discipline across the organizational unit

  • Ensuring that business is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and in adherence to the Bank's internal policies

  • Providing thought-leadership around business specific risk taxonomies, assessment methodologies, process and control implementation

  • Developing, tailoring and testing the control infrastructure for the Business

Skills You'll Need

  • Moderate experience within risk and control assessment; ability to communicate regulatory developments and implications to the Business

  • Execute certain risk-related processes and draft first like risk procedures (e.g. product reviews, issue capture, regulatory change management, vendor management etc.)

  • Ability to manage Risk and Compliance data and information for both first and second lines

  • Ability to coordinate execution of risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) process *Driving messaging and information from second line to first line (e.g., policies, procedures, training)

  • Provide a consolidated view of non-financial risks

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Deeper understanding of industry wide risk landscape and regulatory expectations

  • Other professional qualifications and certifications in Technology risk management

  • Good understanding of Industry best practices such as NIST, Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT), ITIL and ISO 27001

  • Knowledge of Agile change delivery methodology, DevOps and Shift left concepts

  • Cloud Computing Technology (Global Control Programme (GCP), AWS, Azure etc.) certifications or similar domains

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in theJacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $60,000 to $86,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
