What You Will Do:

  • Write Policies and procedures

  • Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and process flows to support project development.

  • Write and test system requirements.

  • Collaborate and review functional design documents to ensure they meet business requirements.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, stepping in where needed to clarify, communicate, and provide support.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure digital solutions meet quality standards.

  • Establish meaningful relationships and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and Preconstruction teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to find opportunities for improving customer experience.

  • Develop and send communication to stakeholders informing them of the impacts of system enhancements.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree OR technical diploma (preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field) with 2-4 years of directly related experience.

  • Technical Writing Experience

  • An equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience may also be considered.

  • Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrate ability to innovate, initiate, lead, or manage change.

  • Demonstrate ability to work independently on complex technical issues.

  • Demonstrate keen awareness of and aptitude for developing interpersonal relationships and building stakeholder engagement.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to make sound decisions and deliver results.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.

Working Conditions:

  • This role typically operates in an office environment with occasional travel to other Enbridge offices within Utah and Wyoming.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:
Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
