As the Plant Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader overseeing all aspects of our Woodland, CA facility, ensuring seamless integration of manufacturing and foundry operations with overall business objectives. Reporting to the Sr. VP of Global Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing production efficiency, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Compensation Information: In compliance with California's Transparency Law, this position offers a salary range of $165,000 - $205,000, with the potential to earn an annual bonus of 20-25% of the employee's base salary.
