Pay: $16/hr | Multiple Shifts Available Responsibilities: You will set up, start, and operate injection molding machines according to specifications, monitor machine performance, and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. You'll also remove finished parts from molds, inspect them for defects, trim, assemble, and prepare plastic parts, and troubleshoot minor machine issues. Additionally, you'll perform routine maintenance such as cleaning molds and ensuring smooth material flow, follow safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized workstation while keeping accurate production records.
