Staffmark is
looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join a reputable company in Roanoke, VA. This is a direct-hire position ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, sales, and building long-lasting client relationships.

Salary: $46K-$50K + Commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage quoting, ordering, tracking, and addressing customer needs. You will serve as the main point of contact for high-volume transactions and long-term customer relationships. We're seeking a detail-oriented multi-tasker who can handle challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and math skills
  • Experience in hydraulics/pneumatics (a plus)
  • High school diploma required; additional education/experience preferred
