Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Paint Unloader to join our team at a plastics injection molding facility in Anderson, SC, specializing in automotive exterior parts such as bumpers, grilles, and trim. In this role, you'll be responsible for unloading freshly painted parts from the production line, inspecting them for defects, and preparing them for the next stage of production or shipment.

Pay: $16/hr | All Shifts Available

Responsibilities:



  • Safely unload painted parts from the paint line and inspect for quality issues.
  • Handle parts carefully to avoid damage or contamination.
  • Perform basic touch-ups or report defects to the quality team.
  • Place parts in racks, bins, or packaging for further processing or shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols.



Qualifications & Requirements:



  • Previous experience in manufacturing, painting, or quality inspection is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts, including potential overtime.
