Are you an experienced professional with at least two years of clerical experience, strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills? Staffmark is hiring a Receptionist to support our client in La Place, LA. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on your community!

Position Details:



  • Pay: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour, (Based on experience)
  • Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Answer and manage the phone line, routing calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Assist the Director with reporting, correspondence, and other tasks
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and distributing mail
  • Maintain an organized and tidy work and supply area
  • Provide support to other departments and team members as needed



Qualifications:



  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Must have computer experience, especially with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Team player with a positive attitude
