Job Skills / Requirements
$50,000/Year DOE
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage all operational activities involved with providing contract physical security services to clients. Under the leadership of the General Manager and Operations Managers, the Assistant OM will be provided with greater responsibilities as he/she develops in this role.
Everyday Expectations:
Review emails and Twin Cities Field Supervisor reports
Enter information on Employee absence trackers and diaries from reports
Review open shift report and fill shifts in the AM every day
Punches reconciled throughout the day Tues-Friday
M-F 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

In this role, you will:
- Perform client contact as requested by the General Manager and complete associated reports in a timely manner.
- Handle employee issues and concerns effectively.
- Processes payroll, and scheduling of Security Officers.
- Develop assigned personnel to assure the highest levels of performance and standards.
- Supervise assigned personnel to provide direction.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings.
- Oversee the creation, publication, distribution, and revision of post-order manuals for all job sites.
- Ensure employees adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Travel, as required. Some overnight travel is expected.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with Per Mar Security Services internal/external customers.
- Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance.
- Adhere to, be aware of and follow all safety procedures and proper use of all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- All other reasonable duties as assigned by the Physical Security General Manager specific to the operation of daily business functions.
- Willingness to become involved with professional and civic organizations that will enhance Per Mar's image and profitability.

What you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Payroll/Scheduling experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred;
- Proficient in Winteam (Team Software)
- Two to four years related supervisory and management and/or security industry experience preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
