The Lead Financial Analyst to the Advisory and Outsourced Services ("AOS") business unit will work alongside the key leaders in AOS and FP&A to provide financial and operational expertise to a key market. AOS incorporates 10 lines of business ("LOB") including coding, revenue cycle management, consulting and CAHPS. This individual will drive day-to-day financial operations activities, including bookings, revenue and expense analysis, internal reporting, forecasting, resource management, business analytics, identifying process improvements and cost efficiencies and other ad-hoc projects for AOS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive forecasting and annual planning for bookings, revenue, operating expenses and headcount for the various AOS LOBs including project management, engagement with business leaders and presentation of results
  • Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting packages and operational reports.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards on key metrics.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders including LOB and department leaders and become a trusted advisor to develop an in-depth understanding of business drivers, costs and revenue.
  • Provide executive-level analyses and insights to management that drive strategic and operational decision-making
  • Perform variance analysis of data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Understand key onshore and offshore vendor contracts to assist with resource management and monthly accruals
  • Calculate and maintain ARR schedules on a gross and net basis including normalizing revenue for timing differences and identifying new and lost customers
  • Develop and maintain expertise with the Company's budget software
  • Solve complex financial projects to drive growth within the business unit

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (index, pivot tables, lookups, macros)
  • Data visualization and dashboard creation skills (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of transaction volume-based business model including metrics and KPIs

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
