Precision Assembler - Crafting Excellence in Aerospace!

Are you detail-oriented with a steady hand and a passion for precision? We're looking for a Precision Assembler to join our aerospace manufacturing team! In this role, you will work with delicate small glass components used in high-precision aerospace applications. If you have experience handling fragile materials and a keen eye for quality, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace technology.

Pay: $23-$25 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small sensor glass parts and components following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Handle fragile materials with extreme care to prevent damage or contamination.
• Use specialized tools for bonding, fitting, and positioning glass components.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to aerospace standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold precision assembly requirements.
• Follow strict safety and cleanliness guidelines, including handling adhesives and cleaning agents properly.
• Document assembly processes and report any defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to refine processes and improve product performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in precision assembly, small parts assembly, glass handling, or aerospace manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong dexterity and ability to handle small, delicate components with precision.
• Familiarity with adhesive bonding, optical alignment, or cleanroom environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow technical work instructions, blueprints, and process documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with small hand tools, microscopes, or precision measuring devices.
