Office Manager
Job Description Dewberry is seeking a motivated and proactive Office Manager for its New York, NY office. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and detail oriented. This individual will support the office and professional team of 90 engineers and planners. In addition to office management responsibilities, the Office Manager will collaborate closely with the Northeast Operations Manager. This role involves performing a variety of administrative and management functions in a fast-paced environment, often handling confidential information and relieving senior managers of designated administrative tasks. The Office Manager will also supervise a receptionist and administrative assistant assigned to the New York office who will assist him/her with the Office Manager's duties. Coordinate the calendar and travel plans of the Northeast Operations Manager and leadership team.
