Job Title: FCC Analyst
Location: West Sahara
What you'll do: The FCC Analyst will support FCC initiatives within the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) department, encompassing BSA (Bank Secrecy Act)/CFT (Countering Financing of Terrorism), OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and Corporate Security (i.e., Fraud, physical security) to identify and enhance risk mitigation, regulatory adherence, and operational effectiveness as instructed. This role involves assisting in developing, maintaining, and creating regulatory and industry-related FCC communications. The FCC Analyst will help meet training requirements to validate, track, create and disseminate training material, support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, and provide general support as directed by the AML Program Manager.
Assist in creating, maintaining, and distributing FCC communications and regulatory material related to AML, CFT, OFAC and fraud across the bank. Support developing and delivering training materials, including custom industry-related content Maintain and regularly update the FCC department's Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, to ensure they are aligned with current risks and operational needs. Track and report on training compliance and completion statuses, identifying areas of improvement and addressing regulatory or audit findings. Manage and update the FCC SharePoint site, including creating and distributing advisories, forms, policies, procedures, and other essential content. Support the preparation of documents for internal and external audits and regulatory exams, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with various business units to ensure compliance with bank policies procedures and regulatory expectations. Collaborate with the Company's Required Learning Working Group to maintain course assignment consistency by reviewing, selecting, analyzing, and recommending FCC-related training. Assist with special projects, risk assessments, and mitigation efforts related to the FCC Department. Work independently and under the AML Program Manager's guidance to execute duties per the direction provided. Create and deliver training materials and content using tools such as Adobe, Animaker, Articulate, PowerPoint, and other course authoring tools. Update, edit, revise, and reformat policies and procedures as necessary. Create, prepare, edit or present AML Program Team metrics as needed.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience is preferred. 3+ years of direct or related experience Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of BSA, CFT, OFAC, and fraud regulations, including best practices. Knowledge of transaction types across consumer and commercial products, such as deposits, lending, ACH, ATM, RDC, and correspondent banking. Knowledge of financial products and services and related regulations. Intermediate to advanced computer operation skills, including Microsoft Office products (emphasis on Excel, including formulas, and Sharepoint). Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and best practices. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with management and team members. Strong project management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must show proficiency with technology skills to create, edit and distribute training content and reporting using provided software (Animaker, Articulate). Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS)- preferred Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) -preferred Occasional travel may be required
Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $30.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
