In this role, your mission is to drive profitable growth for the Service business of our brands, Precision Plus and Innovative Vacuum Solutions, in North America. You will develop and execute a robust service sales strategy, lead and coach the service sales team, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. A key success factor will be the further development of our E-Commerce activities in collaboration with the Marketing and IT teams. You will enhance the company's reputation and brand image by consistently upholding our core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

* Take the ownership to lead and coach the Sales team and proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of customer experience is delivered.

* You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans.

* Devise, establish and implement growth, territory and account plans to drive business development in line with the market potential

* Pro-activly develop the sales pipeline and follow-up the team's sales activities (i.e. visits, opportunities and quotations) leveraging the CRM tool.

* Continuously improve the customer service, ordering and order tracking process, establishing a lean and easy business process

* Develop a self-accountable, result driven organization, focused on customer value

* Collaborate with the global engineering and marketing teams and provide market intelligence to ensure a good pipeline of products to support customer's needs

* Manage and develop the key-customers, distributors and other indirect sales channels.

* Provide monthly forecast and reports on Service Sales performance and maintain an updated customer contacts and machine population (installed base).

* You are expected to be a master of proactive sales management, developing the different business channels and establishing plans to increase customers' share and knowledge, while also developing new ways to market.

* You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; this includes, but is not limited to, logistics, marketing, engineering, other regional counterparts and partners.

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree is desirable, in either management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization. Relevant related experience will be considered.

- Fluent in English with the ability to obtain work authorization and reside in the USA.

- Spanish is a plus

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years working experiences in Sales Management or Sales in an industrial environment

- Proven track record leading a team

- Experience in the service business of rotating equipment would be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

- Be collaborative with stakeholders at all levels, while also being able to create and effectively communicate concise business execution plans and actions.

- You are customer oriented and able to understand internal and external customer needs.

- Must be able to derive actions and prioritize them accordingly.

- You show great level of empathy while enforcing company policies and strategic direction.

- You are self-motivated and self-accountable.

- You are willing to act with clear result orientation.

- Excellent computer skills are required (MS Office, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)

- Team management and development:

o Develop the teams and make sure they deliver the attitudes of the Atlas Copco Talent Framework (Drive Customer Success, Improve Business results, Lead Myself, Focus on Team Success, Commit to Sustainable growth)

o Support the team with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, and part with the Training team to tailor individual action plans

o Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans in collaboration with the HR team

o Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations

o Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers

Other requirements:

- Intensive traveling activity

- Valid driver's license
