Description

Role Overview:

This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year round.

To maximize bituminous plant production through monitoring equipment operation and performing preventative maintenance. Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained. Safely and properly perform maintenance and startup of plant. Monitor oil consumption, complete daily progress reports and shovel excess materials away from plant. Fill silo, tear down/set up and calibrate plant and assist with all repairs of plant. Ensure MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

- General education, grammar and arithmetic. GED or high school diploma or equivalent

- Mechanical & electrical experience

- Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record
