| The Treasury Analyst is responsible for making sure all the facts are in place when investment decisions are made. This position collects information, performs research and analyzes assets, such as stocks, bonds, currencies and commodities. Working under general supervision, this position continuously collects and interprets data, such as company financial statements, price developments, currency adjustments and yield fluctuations. |

Obtains asset valuations and designations by reporting newly acquired securities.
Completes investment trades by executing transactions, communicating with brokers and safekeeping banks.
Updates asset management system by recording transactions; completing cash match function and interface with general ledger.
Completes asset management system functions by managing accounting and system administration and system utilities.
Reconciles financial assets by collecting security location information; comparing asset information to records; making adjustments.
Reconciles asset and liability accounts by comparing general ledger balances to loan portfolios; analyzing and researching information; resolving problems.
Review and post wires and activity to the general ledger. Also, responsible to review and monitor cash activity for investments. Monitor and report on our investment gains, losses, income, fees, transfers, ETC.
Complete bank reconciliations, communicate with OCIO & investment companies, send money for capital calls, set up new locations and merchant IDs
Responsible for point of service issues, questions, etc.
Prepare reports for accounting team with summary of investments and financial conditions of the system
Performs other duties as assigned. |
