Job Summary: The Sr. Director, Solutions Engineering will be responsible for leading the Solutions Engineering team, providing direct customer support, including but not limited to managing new product introduction, advanced system integration, legacy product support and technical problem solving in support of Sales. Additionally, the position will fill the role of customer technical advocate to the company#s engineering organization. This role provides a remote opportunity, reporting directly tothe VP, Global Solutions, and will work closely with teams based in Rochester, NY, United Kingdom, and remotely across the globe.
