Job Title: Branch Distribution Support with Driving Full Time/Non-Exempt Location: Lawrenceville, GA Reports To: Branch Manager Join R.E. Michel Company, a leading HVACR wholesale distributor, and be part of a team that values hard work, customer service, and safety! We're looking for a Branch Distribution Support team member to assist with inventory processing, warehouse operations, and customer deliveries. This role is perfect for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on work. What You'll Do: Process, stock, and prepare HVAC equipment and supplies for delivery. Pull customer orders and load them safely into company trucks or customer vehicles. Operate manual and powered material handling equipment (forklifts, etc.). Maintain warehouse organization and security. Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner. Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery records. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all deliveries are accurate and professional. What You Bring: Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (DOT physical card required upon hire). Experience in a warehouse or delivery role is a plus but not required. Ability to operate or become certified in forklift operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Must be 18 years or older to operate powered equipment. Why Join Us?
