COMPENSATION: $65,000 - $75,000 annually Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Under the direction of Area Region Manager, generates profitable sales in the assigned territory through target marketing, competitive analysis, and providing value-added agronomic products, services, and recommendations. Oversees the operations of the assigned location including scheduling, logistics, and product handling. Ensures the credit worthiness of customers and promotes the company's Credit programs as marketing tools. SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP Supervises, leads, and develops all full-time and part-time employees required to operate the facility.
