The Chicago office of Morgan Lewis seeks to hire second year law students for our 2026 Summer Associate Program. Our Chicago office is hiring students interested in the following practice groups: Antitrust, Corporate and Business Transactions - Technology Transactions, Outsourcing, & Commercial Contracts, Employee Benefits, Finance, Investment Management, IP-Disputes, IP-Life Sciences, Labor and Employment, Litigation, and Structured Transactions. A life sciences background (e.g., molecularbiology, biochemistry, cellular biology) preferably a masters or Ph.D.,or a background in electrical or mechanical engineering, computer science, or arelated field is preferred for those interested in IP-Disputes or IP-Life Sciences. Our summer associates are given the opportunity to work on matters that would typically be assigned to first-year associates. Although work assignments vary among practice groups and offices, we rely on our summer associates to help complete actual client work, while ensuring that they participate in a generous mix of training and professional development opportunities, with a focus on presentation, oral argument, legal writing, and practice-specific skills.
