Position Title: Director - Digital Marketing Position Summary: The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the digital marketing and sales team to drive digital marketing transformation. This role focuses on enhancing Member experience through innovative digital solutions, aligned with TDECU's commitment to providing trusted and effective journeys for our members to drive growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leads, mentors, and develops a digital marketing team responsible for web, social media, email, Marketing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and related platforms. Fosters a collaborative environment and encourages professional growth. Responsible for leading digital transformation and change management initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Leads the development and execution of long-term digital marketing strategies, including setting clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics. Manages digital risks and ensures regulatory compliance. Partners closely with the Information Technology Architecture & Development teams to ensure that Marketing Platforms support the needs of the Marketing team. Manages the Digital Sales budget and Marketing vendors. Responsible for vendor management of key marketing technology and support partners, including negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring vendor performance aligns with the organization's goals. Collaborates with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to establish targets and goals for activities, tactics, and campaign conversions. Uses web analytics tools to monitor site performance, including goals and events, campaigns, website traffic, trends, and opportunities, and to optimize website experience and overall usability. Understands and meets users' expectations and information needs by evaluating information from surveys, focus groups, feedback, and statistics, researching web use patterns and heatmaps, and performing usability studies with target audience segments. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or an equivalent mix of education and work experience required. Experience:
