Quest Diagnostics Incorporated
United States, New Jersey, Secaucus
500 Plaza Drive (Show on map)
Apr 03, 2025

We Provide Solutions. Patients and Physicians rely on our diagnostic testing, information, and services to help them make better healthcare decisions. These are often serious decisions with far reaching consequences, and require sensitivity, tact, and a clear dedication to service. It's about providing clarity and hope.

The HCP (Healthcare Professional) Commercial Enablement team requires an intern to support content governance efforts within our Seismic Cloud platform. This role is critical in ensuring that our sales team has access to accurate, relevant, and well-organized content. The intern will focus on establishing a content governance plan, removing outdated content, and implementing appropriate tagging to enhance searchability and usability.

Our national sales team of 600+ people rely on well-structured, up-to-date content to effectively engage customers. However, our current content repository contains outdated, duplicate, or miscategorized assets, making it difficult for sellers to find what they need. Without proper governance, inefficiencies arise, leading to lost productivity and inconsistent messaging.

To address these challenges, we seek a temporary intern (10-12 weeks) to help:

  • Develop a scalable content governance plan to ensure ongoing content hygiene.
  • Identify and remove outdated or irrelevant content to improve system efficiency.
  • Refine tagging and metadata to enhance searchability and user experience.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement and is based in our Secaucus NJ office (hybrid - 3 days per week in-office).

The intern will be responsible for executing the following tasks:

1. Maintaining a Content Governance Plan

  • Research industry best practices for content governance in QForce Seismic Cloud
  • Define a process for regular content audits and updates
  • Ensures all materials are being pulled through the one-source of truth

2. Removing Outdated and Redundant Content

  • Work with stakeholders to identify outdated sales assets
  • Develop a framework for content review, including owner validation
  • Assist in archiving or deleting unnecessary files

3. Improving Content Tagging and Metadata

  • Audit existing content metadata and tagging structure
  • Implement a consistent tagging framework based on seller needs
  • Collaborate with content managers to ensure alignment with governance standards
  • Other duties as assigned
