Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Tracks candidates throughout the pre-employment process via the Applicant Tracking System
Processes and coordinates background checks, safety council course, drug screens, and physical exams of candidates
Provides timely, clear, and concise updates to recruiters, supervisors, and candidates.
Inputs new hires and rehires into the Human Resource System (HRS).
Recognizes strong principles of customer service to all potential employees, as well as our internal co-workers and support staff.
Contributes to our HR team's efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines are essential in this position.
Very organized with effective time management skills.
Positive and collaborative team player with excellent customer services skills (internal and external).
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of leadership, as well as external candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel).
Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
Stable work history with good references from past employers
Pass a drug screen, and background check.
PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
