Developer Services Technology Manager

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $138,000 -$172,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

The Developer Services Technology Manager is responsible for collaborating with and enabling partners by providing technical guidance throughout their software development process. This role will collaborate on the design of partner software development solutions with a focus on their end-to-end technical architecture to ensure alignment with organizational and business objectives. This position will enhance the experience by working closely with software development partners (ie. partner roles such as software engineers, product managers, business analysts, and sales) to curate ideas, enable their solution developers, and assist in software development methodologies and examples based on sound OneStream design and architecture and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions needs.

The role collaborates with cross-functional OneStream teams, including Product and Engineering, AI Services, PreSales, Services, Alliances, and others as needed to enable our partners to create successful solutions for publication on the Solution Exchange. The individual holding this position will contribute to the development of technical training content as well as being a facilitator during events such as Splash or Wave, and will assist in architectural review of internal, Community Solutions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Foster the growth of software development partners solution building capabilities through collaboration, technical support, documentation, and educational training content.
  • Lead interactions with software development partners in support of solution architecture and the development process.
  • Contribute to consistent software development standards and approaches throughout the Solution Network Development team and engage with and influence other OneStream engineering teams.
  • Assist with the development of technical training content for Solution Exchange software development partners.
  • Foster collaboration at various levels and across relevant functional areas with key partnering activities around software architecture, software development methodologies, sound software design principles, creation of developer-owned software documentation, and understanding and assisting in software requirements for customer solutions being developed by any internal or external party.
  • Conduct architectural reviews of submitted Community Solutions.
  • Intentionally engage customers with a solution-oriented purpose throughout regular duties.


Required Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in technology and software pre-sales, development, or implementation.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office products.
  • Exhibits critical thinking and an analytical background.
  • Experience working in an agile or RAD software development environment.
  • Proven cross-organizational collaborative work history.
  • Strength in writing business rules.
  • Hands-on SQL coding, regular usage of SQL databases.
  • VB.net coding experience.
  • Experience with Data Stage and data integration of external sources.
  • Experience with building dashboards.
  • Experience in key administrative functions (eg. security).
  • Hands-on skills with extensible dimensionality with prospects or customers.



    Preferred Education and Experience



    • Demonstrated work in designing and delivering high-quality OneStream solutions.
    • Experience with C#, VB.NET, or other object-oriented programming languages.
    • OneStream.
    • Oracle Hyperion HFM, FDM, Planning, Essbase.
    • Anaplan.
    • Tagetik.
    • Blackline or Trintech.
    • SAP OutlookSoft BPC.
    • SAP BOFC (Cartesis.)
    • IBM Cognos or other EPM solutions.
    • Operational systems.
    • Other enterprise software, preferably for financial uses.
