This role is part of a dedicated team focused on developing and scaling ancillary services such as permits, compliance solutions, factoring, alternative financing, and other offerings that provide additional value to fleets and owner-operators. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to identify market opportunities, enhance product offerings, and drive adoption across the customer base.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Beyond Payments solutions, including permits, compliance services, factoring, and alternative financing.
  • Identify new product opportunities that increase customer retention, enhance engagement, and drive non-transactional revenue growth.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing teams to launch and scale new offerings.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to refine and enhance existing solutions.
  • Measure product success using key performance indicators (KPIs), iterating on features to maximize adoption and impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact ancillary services.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and market adoption.

How You'll Lead:

  • Customer Obsessed: Understand the unique challenges and needs of fleets and owner-operators to develop high-value ancillary services.
  • Results-Oriented: Define measurable goals, track progress, and iterate based on performance insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work across teams to align product priorities and ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
  • Insights-Driven: Use qualitative and quantitative data to refine and enhance product offerings.
  • Innovative Mindset: Identify opportunities for new services, partnerships, and business models to expand WEX's footprint in the OTR space.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in payments, mobility, logistics, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in the OTR industry is highly preferred, particularly in fleet services, compliance, or alternative financing.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling value-added services, with a focus on adoption, customer experience, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of payment-adjacent solutions, compliance requirements, and financial services.
  • Ability to define and execute product strategy while working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using KPIs to measure success and optimize product performance.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align on key initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
