THE JOB: As a Linen Attendant at Aria, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE: $21.7211 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Efficient Linen Distribution: Receive and deliver daily linen inventories to designated areas, including Housekeeping, Public Areas, Pool Operations, Spa and Salon, Food & Beverage, and Casino departments. Waste Management: Transport tower waste and trash to the main trash dock promptly and safely. Task Management & Reporting: Complete all daily assignments and accurately update task sheets and reports, covering areas such as Trash/Linen, Receiving, Food & Beverage, Spa/Salon, Pool, Tower Delivery, and Restock Station. Restock Operations: Handle inventory management, stocking, logistics, and product distribution at restock stations. Flow & Organization: Stage and organize the restocking line efficiently by retrieving, staging, and delivering supplies, reserves, and hampers. Inventory Replenishment: Restock all totes, monitor progress, and accurately log completion. Clean & Organized Workspace: Maintain a tidy and organized work area at all times. Accurate Documentation: Complete the Restock Station log with precision and submit it to the Housekeeping Manager. Effective Communication: Clearly communicate operational needs, inventory updates, and data requirements both verbally and in writing. Service Excellence: Uphold S.H.O.W. Service Basics by providing outstanding service to both internal and external guests. Equipment Operation: Safely operate linen dock equipment, including tuggers, lifts, and pallet jacks. Linen Quality Control: Follow department guidelines for rejecting linen and terry that do not meet quality standards. Sustainability Practices: Use supplies efficiently, avoid waste, and participate in sustainability and recycling programs. Brand-Aligned Service: Deliver exceptional service in line with the property's core standards and brand values. Adaptability & Efficiency: Demonstrate sound judgment and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in warehouse/stocking or similar. 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in guest service. Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays. Experience operating an electric walking and ride on pallet jacks. Experience in a similar resort setting.
