Description
Administrative Assistant
This position is located in Wallops Island, Virginia.
The core working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
The hourly wage is $32.13 per hour
This is a non-exempt position. Employees are eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 hours in a standard workweek should it be necessary.

The incumbent will perform administrative functions in support of the Range and Mission Management Office management personnel to include, but not limited to the following: Travel Requirements Development
Office Administration
Correspondence, Reports, and Presentations
Training Compliance Tracking
Office Schedule Management
Communications
Visitor Badge Processing
QUALIFICATIONS This position includes the ability to meet deadlines, the utilization of superior multitasking skills in an operations environment, communication in a professional and diplomatic demeanor, working non-standard work hours driven by mission support schedules and providing time critical and extremely accurate follow-up to all customer and management inquiries. The Administrative Assistant shall be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Access, and Visio), WebTADS, CGE Travel Solutions, and SATERN, as well as common web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
