Job Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. The onsite Account Manager (AM) assists in managing the customer account plan/budget, and communicating the needs and expectations of our customers. The AM understands Dialog Direct (a Qualfon company) competencies, ensures client satisfaction, understands the client's strategic direction, and how the Company can best continue to support the developed relationship. This position must confidently present solutions and resolutions to potential business concerns or issues. The AM may be involved with contract negotiations and State of the Business meetings with Executive management.
- Identifies new or expanded opportunity and understand exactly what is involved with the request
- Works with Client Service Specialist(s) on day to day activities including but not limited to: inventory management, order challenges, project specifications, etc.
- Understand how client budgets work in conjunction with how you should estimate a project, job or change
- Communicates project/job assumptions, timeline requirements and contributes to the client solution internally, as well as with the Client
- Conducts Start of Work Meetings as assigned
- Meets with clients or stakeholders to provide project/job status updates and business reviews as required
- Creates and maintains relationships within client organizations
- Provides customer feedback to the organization regarding customer concerns, expectations and/or business problems
- Reviews project metrics to identify important trends with the internal departmental teams
- Handles billing reviews, credit and/or billing disputes
- Manages purchase orders and resolves any concerns regarding purchase orders or contracts
- Conducts follow-up meetings and communications on the client's needs or concerns
- Views customer needs as an opportunity and not an inconvenience
- Understands and adheres to GMP, GDP, HIPAA , Safety and Security Guidelines
- Ability to research trends in client's industries and understands industry regulations/guidelines
- Travel as required for client business
- Creates customer account plans that meet company standards
- All other duties assigned
Area of expertise (Skills)
Bachelor degree preferably in business
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related industry
Account management, e-commerce, and fulfillment experience in the pharmaceutical space is a plus
