Title: Planning and Scheduling Professional Associate Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid position - On Site required 3 days per week) Duration: 6+ months Description: Strategic Planners / Schedulers develop and manage schedules for projects. They drive schedule development with the A/E, construction manager, as well as internal CQV (commissioning/qualification/validation) activities. Primary responsibility is to coordinate tasks and monitor the timelines of scheduled assignments. They continuously monitor the schedule to identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action. Qualification: Primavera P6 experience is a requirement. Experience using cloud-based collaboration tools such as Loadspring is strongly desired. Strong communication and organizational skills required to maintain schedules typically >10,000 lines. Prior experience analyzing critical path and developing visual tools for project team members. Requires a 4-yr technical degree with experience working on complex projects (with a minimum 10M$ value preferred). Extensive knowledge of building construction and pharmaceutical/biotech experience with CQV logic preferred.
