Job Summary: CSA Group has an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager in the Alternative Energy Vehicles Program. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will interact with leading experts within the transportation technology and low carbon fuel sectors to facilitate discussions amongst key interest groups and develop leading edge solutions to help drive forward our mission. CSA Group standards are developed by volunteer members through an accredited process. The standards are used by a broad base of interest groups to help enhance safety, security and sustainability for people and business. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of codes, standards, and guidelines within the Alternative Energy Vehicles Program, which covers natural gas and hydrogen powered vehicles, battery electric vehicles (EVs), connected and automated vehicles, and intelligent transportation infrastructure. Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for: * Overseeing all aspects of assigned projects within the program area. The role emphasizes management, leadership and soft skills, however requires the ability to speak to complex subjects as a credible professional. Education: *Bachelor's or technical degree in related area. Advanced degree is highly desirable. * 3-5 years of experience in Standards Development and/or Project Management. * Experience working with volunteers and/or multi-interest groups would be an asset * Excellent Project Management, organizational and planning skills. Applicants with proficiency in French will be given special consideration.
