Job Summary Benjamin Moore is seeking a new member for the Systems Training Team within the Transformation & Development department. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide end-user training on systems and applications. The successful candidate will design, build, and deliver effective online courses, in-person, and virtual instructor-led courses. The position works with systems teams and business process owners across the organization. The position requires strong internal and external relationship-building skills and behaviors, as well as being proactively involved with all stakeholders to stay informed of changes relevant to effective training programs. The ideal candidate is someone with strong organizational, analytical, technical writing, and system training skills who can work on diverse projects in a high-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
