Site Leader - Facility Maintenance

Advantage xPO is seeking a proactive and skilled Site Leader to manage facility maintenance operations. This role demands a blend of leadership, technical proficiency, and client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Compensation and Schedule

Compensation Range: $35.00 - $39.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Role Overview

As the Site Leader, you will direct and execute all facility maintenance activities to meet or exceed client expectations. This involves performing preventive, corrective, and general maintenance tasks, as well as managing special projects. You will supervise subcontractors and a team of 2-3 maintenance employees, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide leadership and hands-on support for facility management functions.
  • Supervise subcontractors and a team of maintenance employees.
  • Develop strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational programs.
  • Maintain site process manuals, ensure SOP compliance, and meet safety requirements.

Qualifications



  • High School Diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent.
  • Five or more years of maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Experience in understanding and applying safety requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and Lift Certification (boom/scissor).
