We are looking for an experienced creative marketer with a passion for storytelling and brand strategy to help grow and maintain the Q-SYS brand as their primary focus, while also supporting the QSC & Acuity Corporate marketing teams. This is a key role within our marketing organization developed to lead brand research, brand project management, strategy development, and activation primarily for Q-SYS while ensuring alignment with the overall QSC and Acuity brands.

In this role, you'll join a passionate team to develop and execute the vision for our brand strategy and marketing initiatives. Working in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Brand & Corporate Marketing, you will primarily focus on the Q-SYS brand while ensuring alignment with QSC business initiatives. You will bring big creative ideas to the table, translate customer insights into actionable brand strategies, and collaborate across teams to activate the brand consistently across all touchpoints.

Base Pay Range 105,000 - 150,000

We will be accepting applications until a final candidate is identified.

The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. In addition to the base salary range, QSC offers a comprehensive package including but not limited to health benefits, 401K or Roth retirement plans, generous time off and profit sharing.



Responsibilities

Brand Management

    Maintain Q-SYS brand-center, brand resources and brand guidelines as the primary focus, with supporting responsibility for QSC business branding.
  • Ensure that the Q-SYS brand is represented consistently across all touchpoints, aligning with broader QSC brand standards.
  • Provide brand support to regional marketing teams, ensuring global brand consistency with regional relevance for both Q-SYS and QSC business.
  • Update and maintain web content for brand-focused site content.
  • Monitor brand compliance and provide guidance to ensure brand integrity.
  • Develop and implement brand governance processes and systems with emphasis on Q-SYS brand management.
  • Partner with legal team on brand protection initiatives, trademark monitoring, and addressing potential infringements for Q-SYS and QSC business brands.

Marketing

  • Serve as a strong marketing partner across teams, collaborating with product marketing, regional marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure Q-SYS brand cohesion.
  • Work directly with creative team to ideate, collaborate and deliver best-in-class creative assets primarily for Q-SYS while maintaining QSC business brand alignment.
  • Support product marketing, partner marketing, events, and communications teams from a brand perspective, ensuring all Q-SYS marketing initiatives maintain brand integrity.
  • Support brand campaign development (creative and content) that reinforce the Q-SYS brand positioning and drive business objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute external Q-SYS brand marketing and communication initiatives with a proactive approach, effectively interacting with executives and senior leadership.
  • Copywriting, creative brainstorming, content strategy for Q-SYS brand marketing initiatives.

Brand Strategy

  • Be the keeper of the brand's promise, serving as its steward, advocate and storyteller to all audiences.
  • Support brand research initiatives to uncover customer insights and market opportunities that inform brand strategy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Q-SYS brand presence and perception across all touchpoints based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Drive Q-SYS brand evolution as the market and company continues to grow, ensuring cohesion with QSC and Acuity.

Project Management

  • Lead project management for the Brand & Communications team using Monday.com to track timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Support QSC corporate events and execution by providing project management and ensures an integrated brand experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team activities (internal and external) to ensure on-time delivery of Q-SYS brand initiatives
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on Q-SYS brand projects and QSC business brand initiatives as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and deliverables across all brand initiatives.


Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years in brand management or marketing with B2B experience.
  • Exceptionally organized professional with strong executive presence and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Advanced Monday.com experience or similar project management tool (Asana, Slack, SmartSheets, etc) with ability to build complex workflows and reporting dashboards.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies based on research and insights, preferably in high-tech, collaboration/UC&C, AV, building management.
  • Strong project management skills leading cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Experience with copywriting and creative development for brand communications.
  • Strong understanding of strategic brand fundamentals with ability to form and communicate an educated POV.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional executive presence.

  • Proven copy-writing experience and creative problem-solving approach.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.

  • Bonus: Design experience with Adobe suite and/or Figma.
