Intern - Cardiovascular Institute

Carilion's Cardiovascular Institute is seeking interns to join us in reshaping the future of cardiovascular care. The Crystal Spring Tower at CRMH will soon be home to the region's leader in cardiovascular care. As we prepare to relocate many of the Carilion Clinic Cardiovascular Institute services to this state-of-the-art facility in summer 2025, we are seeking motivated high school and college students for administrative internship roles to assist with this significant transition. Position is variable day shift hours with some weekends as needed.

Specific job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department leaders to pack and label items for the move.
• Help set up and organize departmental spaces in the new facility.
• Assist with the relocation efforts during the move-in weekend of July 11-13.
• Participate in planning meetings to ensure a smooth transition.
• Take notes and organize spreadsheets related to relocation logistics.
• Assist with other important tasks, as assigned.
