More information is available on the company's website at: www.alliant.com. SUMMARY Responsible for providing service and support to executive level personnel and marketing department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides policy review/recommendations, prepares loss summaries, and handles special projects for new business (RFP, complex proposals) Collects and reviews monthly carrier production reports Prepares monthly carrier production and contingent bonus exhibits for executive level review Coordinates marketing of new and renewal business Organizes submissions to carriers Maintains carrier database Processes incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, ground and express delivery, etc.) on behalf of team Prepares correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets Handles on-going projects, such as expense processing, per department requirements Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information) Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Two (2) or more years related work experience Valid insurance license Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by Supervisor SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills Strong problem solving and time management skills Detailed oriented Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite products #LI-KG1 We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
