Job Description Job Title: Industrial Security Analyst Working Pattern: Fulltime Working location: Indianapolis, IN As the Industrial Security Analyst, you will be responsible for the implementation of Rolls-Royce Corporate Security standards to include industrial security, physical and supply chain security; investigation; travel security; and emergency planning in support of United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD) cleared contracts. What you will be doing: With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to learn and apply the appropriate security and compliance measures to adequately mitigate a myriad of contract related security threats in compliance with National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and Rolls-Royce Corporate Security standards. Moreover, you will be responsible for interpreting, administering, and enforcing U.S. DoD Program Protection Plans (PPP), Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP), Operations Security Plans (OPSEC) and corporate security policies, procedures, requirements, and directives. Serve as Alternate Facility Security Officer for a set of specific Program(s) Develop and implement contract specific Program Protection Implementation Plan(s) Develop and implement contract specific Operations Security Plan(s) Coordinate with industry partners to understand threats related to the Program(s) Safeguard classified documents, review and interpret the Program Security Classification Guide(s) and ensure appropriate protections are in place Develop and implement contract specific site and network security assessments and audits Track, approve/disapprove and analyze trends regarding all Program related Foreign Person Visits Support and process mandatory self-reporting from program personnel to various customers Physical Security and Supply Chain Security Coordination with various suppliers on the development of contract specific site security plans to ensure compliance with CTPAT objectives Liaise with various entities regarding facilities and site management; ensuring physical security safeguards are implemented in accordance with contract standards Execute physical security site assessments of specific Rolls-Royce facilities to identify strengths and weaknesses based upon location, threat to facility, and value of assets located at each facility Develop and implement contract security plans, procedures, guidance and instructions Investigations Lead diverse and complex investigations for company misconduct, security incidents, ethical complaints, and counterintelligence Identify, collect, process and analyze evidence and intelligence When directed, work with outside entities to find resolutions for investigative matters Prepare comprehensive reports of investigation and case presentations, advising program leadership, as well as law enforcement agencies as necessary Security Incidents and Risk Analysis Provide oversight for the Program employee travel security program Identify emerging trends/patterns and conduct in-depth threat analyses Partner with internal and external customers, as well as other stakeholders, to address contract specific counterintelligence and security concerns Support the comprehensive Corporate Security program Insider Threat assessments Develop and maintain the Program Need-To-Know Roster Actively seek and review contract-related counterintelligence and applicable open-source reports to prepare threat and risk assessments Coordinate security reporting with the U.S. DoD and U.S. Intelligence Community Devise and execute contract security briefings for security and counterintelligence awareness for Rolls-Royce employees Perform other duties as assigned by security management Basic Requirement: Bachelor's degree in with 2+ years' experience or Master's degree Experience in Collaboration within a team environment, building relationships across the business and effectively influencing other areas and corporate functions. Proven interpersonal and organization skills. In order to be considered for this opportunity, which requires USA Citizenship. Must be eligible for Secret Security clearance. Preferred Requirements: Administer contract specific security education classes and related briefings Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing. Information Security: accountability, transmission, marking, reproduction, and disposition of classified information pertaining to the program(s) Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
